What must I bring for Alhambra admission?
For admission to the Alhambra, carry your original ID card or passport and the ticket with its QR code. If your ticket includes the Nasrid Palaces, respect the assigned entry time. These are the monument authority’s visitor requirements; check its current notices before travelling, as routes and opening arrangements can change.

Do all Alhambra tours include the Nasrid Palaces?
Our group visits cover the Generalife, the Alcazaba and the other areas confirmed for your booking; the Nasrid Palaces are not part of them. If the Nasrid Palaces are a must, look at the Alhambra + Nasrid Palaces Ticket with Audio Guide, or ask about the private guide, which can include them when your option and confirmed ticket do.

Where do we meet?
All our city tours and Alhambra visits meet at our office, Carrera del Darro 1, near Plaza Nueva and Santa Ana Church. Your confirmation shows your time.
Can I cancel?
Tours that include an Alhambra ticket are final sale: no cancellations, changes or refunds. If we can't confirm a booking, we refund it in full.
Official tickets are sold out. What can I do?
Keep checking the official ticket site in the days before your visit; Turismo de Granada says some last-minute tickets may go on sale online the evening before, between 20:00 and 22:00. Also look at the Granada Card, which has its own Alhambra quota. Our sold-out guide explains every option.
Do children need a ticket?
Yes. Under-12s get a free official ticket, but it must be issued together with the adults' tickets, and under-14s must be with an adult (Patronato). Tell us your children's ages when you book.
What should I bring?
Your original passport or ID matching the ticket, comfortable shoes and water. The Alhambra is a large site with slopes.
