Alhambra tickets with audio guide in Granada

Short answer

We sell two self-guided Alhambra options, each with a timed ticket and our audio guide on your phone. One includes timed entry to the Nasrid Palaces; the other covers the Alcazaba, the Generalife and the gardens. You collect your ticket and audio access at our office, Carrera del Darro 1, then explore at your own pace.

How it works

1. Choose your date and entry time.
2. Collect your ticket and audio access at our office, Carrera del Darro 1, near Plaza Nueva (your confirmation tells you when).
3. Bring the original passport or ID that matches each ticket.
4. Enter at the time on your ticket and follow the audio route at your own pace. Bring a charged phone and headphones.

Which one is right for me?

Is the Nasrid Palaces entry timed?

Yes. The Nasrid Palaces admit visitors only at the time printed on the ticket, in slots every half hour, and latecomers can't enter. Plan to collect your ticket well before that time.

Can I cancel or change my ticket?

Tours that include an Alhambra ticket are final sale: no cancellations, changes or refunds. If we can't confirm a booking, we refund it in full.

Cancellation policy

Is this the free official audio guide?

No. It's our own audio guide, included with your ticket, and it's separate from any audio guide the Patronato offers.

Do children need a ticket?

Under-12s get a free official ticket, but it must be issued with the adults' tickets, and under-14s must be with an adult (Patronato). Tell us the ages when you book.
