You receive ticket access plus audio support, route orientation, and help from the Play Granada team before you begin. Important: Nasrid Palaces This product does not include access to the Nasrid Palaces unless this is explicitly stated in your booking option or confirmation. What you’ll do Receive your Alhambra ticket access details according to your booking confirmation. Use the audio guide to understand the monument areas at your own pace. Visit areas such as the Generalife, Alcazaba, Palace of Charles V, and other non-Nasrid monument zones included with your ticket type. Follow the route and timing information provided so you do not miss access windows. Access, route order, and timing depend on the ticket issued by the Alhambra and the conditions shown in your confirmation. Arrive with enough time to handle ticket/audio access before your monument entry time. ID/passport requirement The Alhambra requires the original ID/passport details used for the ticket. Every visitor must bring valid original ID/passport. If names or document details do not match, or if a visitor does not bring ID/passport, entry may be refused by monument staff. Audio access Audio access is delivered through the Audio Tickets system. Use a charged phone and bring headphones. Offline use may be available after first online access, but you should start with mobile data or Wi-Fi available. Cancellation and changes Alhambra tickets are name-specific and time-specific.
